Shipping Information
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
If you wish to ship internationally, we suggest, ordering and shipping the product to a U.S. PayPal confirmed address first. Then, from the U.S. PayPal confirmed address, you would have to ship the product from that address to your desired country.
Our standard/priority shipping is $6.95 which takes 2-3 business days. Our express shipping is $24 and it takes 1-2 business days.
If you place an order before 2 pm EST the hair will be shipped the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)
When you place an order and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Unfortunately, at this time we don’t have a system in place that shows currently out of stock items, but we make sure to let you know when we aren’t able to ship something out. The turn around time for bundles is usually 2-3 business days and for wigs it is usually 5-7 business days.

Insurance:
We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
Return Policy
If the customer has already received the product and would like a refund, they would need to return the product back to us within 30 days of its original shipment date. The hair must be in its original condition and it cannot have been worn or opened. You can follow our return policy with the information below:
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.
Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!
We do not refund shipping charges.
For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a wholesale hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing. This applies to both online and in-store purchases.
***Please note that our online store is separate from our store, therefore online orders cannot be returned for in-store credit and they must be refunded to their original form of payment or online credit only. Online orders cannot be exchanged in-store.

The returned items must follow our return policy guidelines. All returns have to be refunded. We currently do not exchange orders.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED YOU CANNOT MAKE ANY EDITS OR CHANGES TO THE ORDER. WE WILL NEED TO ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND.
